### select2_nested [PRO]

Display a select2 with the values ordered hierarchically and indented, for an entity where you use Reorder. Please mind that the connected model needs:
- a ```children()``` relationship pointing to itself;
- the usual ```lft```, ```rgt```, ```depth``` attributes;
